摘要: 为解决企业资源计划和制造执行系统等信息系统中审批流程复杂多变的问题,提出了一种基于特征映射的自定义审批模型,并应用该模型描述了自定义审批设计方案。首先抽象出业务对象和审批流程等实体对象的功能特征,并真实表达实体对象的功能需求;然后给出特征映射方法,借助该方法描述审批业务对象特征与自定义审批特征的映射关系,并揭示它们之间的转换关系;最后通过特征匹配算法,将审批流程匹配到对应的审批业务对象,实现审批流程的自定义化和柔性化。结合某钢铁企业的企业资源计划系统中审批工作的实际情况,开发了原型系统,并得到初步应用。

Abstract: Aiming at frequent changes of the examination and approval activities in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), a custom examination and approval model based on feature mapping was proposed. And a design scheme of examination and approval activities was also described by using this model. Firstly, functional features of entity objects such as business and procedure were abstracted, and real functional demands were prescribed. Secondly, feature mapping algorithm was defined and mapping relationships between the features of business objects and custom examination and approval activities. At the same time, transformation relationship was also revealed. Finally, the procedure of examination and approval activities was transformed to business object by using the mapping algorithm and thus the customized and flexible examination and approval activities were realized. According to the examination and approval activities procedure within ERP system in a steel manufacturing company, a prototype was developed based on this model.
