摘要: 提出了基于可重构制造单元的可重构制造系统集成设计框架。在该框架中,从规划和运行方面阐述了可重构制造系统的设计目标、设计流程及采用的关键技术,建立了支持可重构制造系统实施的计算机辅助设计系统的功能模型和体系结构,并讨论了系统的内部集成和外部集成问题。根据该设计框架,开发了集重构、布局规划、生产调度和仿真优化为一体的软件系统, 该系统现已应用于航天、船舶和兵器部门。

Abstract: An integrated design framework based on reconfigurable manufacturing cell for Reconfigurable Manufacturing System (RMS) was put forward. In this framework, design goals, design process and critical technology adopted in each stage were discussed from perspectives of system planning and operation control. Based on the two stages, function model and architecture of computer aided RMS design system were constructed. Moreover, internal and external integrations of system were discussed. Based on the design framework, an integrated system named BITRMS which comprised of production system reconfiguration, layout, production scheduling and simulation optimization was developed, and it was applied in aerospace, shipbuilding and ordnance enterprises.
