Abstract: Inaccurate data is the main reason leading to inappropriate partner selection in enterprise alliance cooperation. To deal with this problem, a thirdparty trustworthy system for manufacturing enterprises was proposed，and its architecture was established. Key technologies of the system were discussed which including standardization management for dynamic resources, information integration of Internet, information integration of enterprise alliance data and construction of dynamic indicator system. These key technologies helped the data used for partner selection more accurate through supporting unified resource description, running data acquisition and information integration.
