Abstract: Based on definition of Theory of Constraints (TOC) product mix optimization management system, the function classification of TOC optimization management system was proposed. Information model of TOC optimization management system was designed. Then, the integration of TOC optimization management system with other production management systems was discussed. In this case, software component technology was introduced to develop TOC optimization management system, and the componentbased hierarchical architecture for TOC optimization management system was established. Finally, classification and reuse of largegrained component in TOC optimization management system were discussed. The proposed system have been successfully applied in three stateowned manufacturing enterprises in China.
