摘要: 为了挖掘和利用建筑中各标准层结构设计的重用潜力,提出了基于重用范围的设计重用策略。该策略将不同组合标准层的设计信息的交集定义为可重用单元,并设计了相应的编码和组装方法,用于管理和利用可重用单元。该设计重用策略的提出改变了结构设计的工作模式,它将工程师的注意力集中到可重用信息的识别和提取方面,而将搜索适用的可重用单元并组装成完整标准层的机械操作交由程序自动完成。实践证明,该重用策略可大幅减少工程师在设计的创建和维护环节的工作量,具有增效、可行、便于操作的特点,为在建筑工程领域实现设计重用思想提供了新思路。

Abstract: To explore and utilize reuse potentials in single building, a design reuse strategy based on reusable scope was proposed. With this strategy, reusable units were defined by intersection of design information of standard levels in different combinations. Correspondingly, methods for coding and assembly were also designed to manage and employ these units. The proposed strategy had changed the design mode into a manner in which engineers could concentrate their attention on how to find and extract the reusable units, and mechanical work was left to program, such as searching unit and assembling them into the complete standard level. Case study proved that it could reduce workload of design during both construction and maintenance. The strategy was effective in improving the design efficiency, easy to be implemented, otherwise it also provided a new way to utilize design reuse theory in construction engineering.
