摘要: 为求解多约束条件下的复杂工程装备系统方案,以全断面岩石隧道掘进机后配套运输方案设计为例,根据其特点和要求,结合实例-规则推理和虚拟现实技术,提出了人机智能协同工程装备方案设计方法;讨论了该方法实施的几个关键问题,包括知识表示与运用、基于实例和规则的混合求解和基于虚拟现实的布局与仿真等;建立了人机智能协同工程装备方案设计环境;结合工程实际,在该环境下实现了隧道掘进机后配套运输系统方案选型、设备布局和虚拟仿真。

Abstract: To solve complex engineering equipments scheme with multiconstraint, the backup transportation system scheme for full face rock Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) was taken as an example. Based on its characteristics and requirements, combining CaseBasedReasoning (CBR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technology, a method of engineering equipments scheme design based on humancomputer intelligent collaboration was proposed. Key problems in implementing these methods were also discussed, including expression and use of humancomputer knowledge, hybrid solution based on case and rule, layout and simulation based on VR, etc. And environments for engineering equipments scheme design based on humancomputer intelligent collaboration were established. According to requirements of a practical project, the scheme selection, equipment layout and virtual simulation of TBM backup transportation system were finally realized in the design environments.
