敏捷化开发环境下产品装配设计系统研究

摘要: 通过研究,建立了敏捷化开发环境下产品装配设计的整体技术方案。分析评论了装配设计的关键技术、装配建模、装配序列规划和可装配性等问题,并说明了实现各关键技术的具体措施。最后,给出了基于项目管理监控和Web服务技术的敏捷化产品开发集成框架,以指导相关企业进行敏捷产品开发,达到降低企业装配设计成本,提高快速响应市场变化和客户的多样化要求的目的。

Abstract: In order to reduce design and assembly cost, and satisfy customers' diverse requirements, the pattern of assembly design in Agile Product Development (APD) was researched and the total technical solution of assembly design in APD was proposed. Then, the realized measurements of assembly modeling, assembly sequences planning and assemblability evaluation were given and discussed. Finally, an integration framework based on project management and Web Services technology was set up to direct correlative enterprises to develop agile product.
