摘要: 通过分析产品生命周期活动的信息构成,提出了专用数据、共用数据和公用数据的分布原则,并在此基础上提出了基于功能单元和过程的数据采集方法。然后针对汽车焊接线,利用统计学方法,如蒙特卡罗法等实现了生命周期过程的不确定性分析和敏感性分析。最后提出了一种改进的价值分析法,对一汽车外饰件进行了影响评价。

Abstract: In order to improve the product life-cycle analysis, the information constitutes of product life-cycle were analyzed and the distribution principles of exclusive data, sharing data and public data are presented. Furthermore, a new data collection method, based on function elements and processes, is put forward. Some statistics methods, such as the Monte Carlo method were used for data mergence and allocation, and a case of auto weld line was given to depict how to carry out data uncertainty analysis and sensitivity analysis. In the end, a modified value analysis method is proposed and used for impact assessment of an auto adornment.
