摘要: 为了满足网络化协作制造对现场物理设备实时准确的监控要求,通过分析熔融沉积模型快速成型机的工作特征,设计了远程监控系统的框架,完成了快速成型机在Java 3D中的建模。提出了3D模型依据设备端应用服务器传输的相应传感器信号数据进行运动仿真,达到客户端对远端熔融沉积模型快速成型机远程监控的目的。

Abstract: To satisfy the real-time monitoring requirements for site devices in Web-based manufacturing environment,by conducting working characteristics analysis on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) rapid prototype machine,a novel remote monitoring system framework was presented. Instead of using a camera,the FDM rapid prototype machine was modeled by Java 3D. A project was introduced to solve the problem of the model motion simulation based on the sensor signal data which was transformed from the application server so as to meet the requirements of remote real-time monitoring.
