摘要: 给出了作业车间中的推拉结合的作业控制方法,并对此作业方法影响作业车间性能的因素进行了仿真分析,其结果可作为作业车间设计或资源配置的决策依据。为了降低仿真数据的自相关性对性能估计的精度的影响,用独立的随机数流驱动仿真模型进行了多次终态仿真。基于这些独立的仿真结果,用正交试验方法分析了各个工作中心的生产能力、看板数量,以及物料搬运系统对每类作业完成时间的影响。

Abstract: The Push/Pull production control method is the combination of the centralized control of MRP-Ⅱ with the decentralized control of JIT. Therefore, it possesses the merits of the two production control methods and compensates their weakness. In this paper, the Push/Pull production control method in job shop environments was proposed. The influences of the workcenter capacity and its kanban number, as well as the material handling system on job shop were studied through orthogonal simulation experiments. The results can be used in the design and reconfiguration of a job shop.
