摘要: 为完善云服务平台应用,改善现有多目标设计评价方法效率低的问题,提出一种面向工业设计云服务平台的多目标创意设计评价方法。结合已有的多目标评价方法和设计云服务平台的特点,对网络化协同设计过程中的设计目标重要度进行了准确量化,引入客户参与设计决策过程方式、冲突消除机制和模糊评价机制,遵循科学性与系统性相结合的原则,建立了一套层次性的多目标创意设计评价过程模型。建立了多目标创意设计的评价目标体系,进一步生成面向工业设计云服务平台的创意设计方案。构建了基于质量功能配置的方案参数优化的定量模型,若产生冲突则利用决策偏好的多目标粒子群优化算法对其进行冲突消解。以云服务平台上游艇设计的评价为例,通过与其他方法进行实例对比,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To improve the application of cloud service platform and solve the problem of low efficiency in the existing multi-objective design evaluation method,a multi-objective creative design evaluation method for industrial design cloud service platform was proposed.Based on the existing multi-objective evaluation method and cloud service platform,the importance of design objectives in the process of networked collaborative design was quantified accurately.The conflict elimination mechanism and the fuzzy evaluation mechanism were introduced in this method,and a set of multi-objective creative design evaluation process model was established.The evaluation target system of multi-objective creative design was built,and the creative design plan was further created for the industrial design cloud service platform.The three-layer quantitative model of scheme parameters optimization based on the quality function configuration was constructed.In the case of conflict,the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm of decision preference was used to resolve the conflict.By taking the yacht evaluation of cloud service platform as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified by comparing with other methods.
