客户需求动态变更驱动下的产品配置更新建模与优化

Modeling and optimization of product configuration rebuilt driven by customer requirement dynamic change

摘要: 为了在既定配置约束与生产约束下快速重构出最优产品配置推荐方案,以响应已配置产品生产期间客户配置需求变更的要求,提出一种产品配置更新优化方法。剖析了产品配置更新问题特征;基于客户配置需求变更要求、产品配置约束与生产约束,以客户新配置需求满足程度和剩余配置需求满足程度为优化目标,构建了一个面向产品配置更新问题的多目标混合整数规划模型;提出一种多目标遗传算法,通过对多目标混合整数规划模型进行求解,能够快速获得满足客户需求的最优产品配置更新推荐方案。以某餐饮油水分离器生产期间客户配置需求变更为例,对所提方法进行了验证。结果表明,所提方法快速获得了满足客户需求变更要求的最优餐饮油水分离器配置方案,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To quickly reconstruct the optimal product configuration recommendations under the given configuration and production constraints,an optimization method of product configuration rebuilt was proposed to satisfy the customer configuration requirement change request during production.The characteristics of product configuration rebuilt were investigated.By considering the satisfaction degree for both new and old retained configuration requirements as the optimization goals,a multi-objective mixed integer programming model for product configuration rebuilt problem was constructed in which the customer configuration requirement change request,product configuration and production constraints were included.A multi-objective genetic algorithm was proposed to solve the multi-objective mixed integer programming,thus the optimal product configuration rebuilt recommendation scheme that met the customer configuration requirement change request was obtained promptly.The real-world example of a kitchen oil-water separator was presented to empirically verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.The simulation experiments showed that the proposed method quickly obtained the optimal configuration that met the customer configuration requirement change request.
