摘要: 为了在以客户参与为特征的服务型制造具体实施过程中协调库存、服务和客户参与,构架了基于延迟策略的服务型制造系统,建立了以方案提供成本最小和客户价值最大为目标的规划模型,通过模型求解最优的订货数量、服务水平和客户参与度,厘清了三者之间的内在关系,并通过算例验证了研究结论的科学性与可靠性。研究表明:最优产品服务方案取决于管理者对方案提供成本和客户价值两者之间的偏好,且不论选取何种方案,产品服务集成商都应以为客户提供优质服务为目标;在不同管理者偏好下,服务型制造系统优先保障的因素和缺货成本不同;缺货所导致的无形客户价值损失远高于显性缺货补货成本,应予以避免。

Abstract: To coordinate the inventory,service and customer participation in the process of service-oriented manufacturing system with customer participation,a service-oriented manufacturing system based on postponement strategy was constructed.In accordance with the characteristics of the system,a multi-objective programming model was built by manufacturing costs and customer value to explain the internal relations between order quantity,service level and customer participation.The case analysis showed that the optimal product service scheme was depended on the preference of manager for both cost and customer value,and no matter what kinds of plan had been executed,product service integrators should provide customers with highest level service as the goal;under different circumstances,the abilities of service oriented manufacturing system was different,and the cost was different either;the loss of intangible customer value caused by out of stock was much higher than the cost of tangible customer value caused,the service-oriented manufacturing system should avoided out of stock as much as possible.
