摘要: 顾客参与是提高企业产品开发绩效的重要因素,然而过多的顾客参与将导致产品开发时间与成本上升,确定最优顾客参与程度成为企业引入顾客参与的关键。针对该问题,提出一种基于企业产品开发绩效的最优顾客参与程度度量方法。分析了顾客参与产品开发的内涵,并基于顾客参与开发内容和参与人数度量顾客参与程度;在此基础上,以企业产品开发绩效最大化为目标建立顾客最优参与程度的计算模型,并分析了模型特点。通过算例验证和敏感性分析表明,研究结果可以为企业确定顾客参与程度与参与方式提供指导。

Abstract: Customer participation is an important factor to improve product development performance,and the determination of optimal customer participation degree is the key to introduce customer participation in product development.For this problem,a measurement method of optimal customer participation degree based on product development performance was proposed.The connotation of customer participation product development was analyzed,and then the customer participation degree was measured by participating in development and number of customer participation respectively.On this basis,the evaluating model of optimal participation degree was given by maximizing product development performance as the goal,and the characteristics of the model were analyzed.An example was used to validate the method,and the sensitivity analysis of the model was taken.The result showed that the proposed method was useful for enterprises to determine their degree of customer participation and their way of participation.
