基于经济性分析的贝叶斯迅速识别控制图

摘要: 为实现特定生产条件下贝叶斯质量控制图迅速识别异常的功能,构建了一种将经济性分析与过程仿真相结合的贝叶斯迅速识别控制图。在该控制图中,基于最优经济指标设立最优控制限和操作规则,实现控制图经济性与迅速识别的双向功能;为分析该控制图的统计性能,采用蒙特卡洛仿真模拟技术,以过程失控时的平均运行链差值效率比作为评价指标,与传统休哈特控制图、当前普通贝叶斯控制图和经济性控制图进行对比分析,证实了基于经济性分析的贝叶斯迅速识别控制图不但可以高效地识别过程偏移并报警,而且颇具成本优势。

Abstract: To realize the function of quick identifying unusual features of Bayesian quality control chart under certain production conditions,a Bayesian rapid identification control chart which combined economic analysis and process simulation was constructed.The optimal control limits and operating rules were set up based on optimal economic indicators in this control chart,which could achieve the two-way function of economic and rapid identification.To analyze the statistical performance of Bayesian control chart with economic analysis,by using Monte Carlo simulation technology,the Average Run Length (ARL) difference efficiency was applied as the performance index to compare with Shewhart control chart,current general Bayesian control chart and economic control chart.It was confirmed that the proposed control chart could efficiently identify the process offset and alarm,and had more cost advantages.
