非线性工艺规划的资源优化配置

摘要: 为提高设计工艺的车间生产可执行性,在分析典型机械加工车间制造资源状态信息的基础上,针对非线性工艺规划的资源优化配置这一多目标优化问题,通过合理假设和定义,结合对制造资源状态的定量分析,建立了以最短加工时间、最低加工成本和最优制造资源状态为目标的非线性工艺规划资源优化配置模型。利用染色体分层编码遗传算法求解模型,实现了最优工艺路线和资源配置方案的同时生成。给出了工程应用案例,验证了所建立的非线性工艺规划资源优化配置模型的有效性及求解方法的可用性。

Abstract: To improve the accessibility of process plans in the workshop,based on analyzing the typical state information of workshop manufacturing resources,an optimization model of NLPP resources allocation aiming at the shortest processing time,the minimum processing cost and the best manufacturing resources state was established with reasonable hypotheses and definitions,and quantitative evaluating manufacturing resources state.The optimal process routes and resources allocation were both achieved by applying genetic algorithm with layered coding genes in chromosomes to the optimization model.An engineering application case was presented to verify the effectiveness of proposed model and the availability of solving method.
