基于语义网关的可配置制造信息集成方法

摘要: 为支持制造企业异构信息系统间制造信息基于语义的柔性集成,在语义网关的基础上提出一种可配置的制造信息集成方法。在数据库元数据分析的基础上对数据字段进行语义注释和概念注册,根据应用系统信息集成需求配置数据监控操作,生成数据变更捕获触发器并部署在制造系统数据库上。对语义网关捕获的数据变更消息从数据变更状态上配置集成行为触发条件,并根据不同系统的集成需求配置各自的数据概念投影关系和数据操作。由语义网关针对各自系统进行概念间的语义映射处理并分发信息集成消息,由应用集成代理进行数据同步集成实现。以上研究内容在开发的原型系统中得到了有效的验证。

Abstract: To improve the flexibility integration among heterogeneous manufacturing information systems of manufacturing enterprises,a semantic gateway-based reconfigurable information integration method was proposed.Based on the analysis of database metadata,the semantic annotations and concepts register for data field were made.According to the application needs of information integration,the data monitoring operation was configured,and the data change capture triggers were generated to deploy on manufacturing system databases.The trigger conditions of integration behavior for data change messages which captured by semantic gateway was configured on data change status,and their data projection as well as data operation based on the integration needs of different information systems were allocated.The concept semantic mapping was processed by semantic gateway process and integration messages were distributed to information systems.The data synchronization integration was realized by application integration proxy can.The researches were effectively verified by prototype system.
