符号学视角下的智慧制造系统集成框架

An integrated framework for wisdom manufacturing systems in a semiotic perspective

摘要: 建模是制造系统分析与设计的基础,而作为一个社会技术系统的智慧制造系统,需从社会和技术两个方面加以探讨。为此,从符号学的视角出发,建立和分析了由社会系统、信息系统和物理系统组成的智慧制造系统洋葱模型和阶梯模型,并用阶梯模型来诠释现有集成制造系统,指出现有集成制造系统不同在于达到符号学的层次或包含符号学的层数,而智慧制造系统则是包括了符号学所有层次的集成模式。所提出的阶梯模型为制造系统集成与建模提供一个系统清晰、根基牢固的理论框架。

Abstract: Modeling is the basis of manufacturing system analysis and design.As a socio-technical system,a wisdom manufacturing (WM) system is in need of discussion from two aspects of society and technology.Therefore,in a semiotic perspective the onion model and ladder model for the WM system were established and analyzed,where the both models were designed to consist of a social,a cyber and a physical system,and the ladder model was used to explicate existing integrated manufacturing systems.It is pointed out that the existing manufacturing systems differ in what level in the semiotic ladder is reached or how many semiotic levels are contained,and the WM system covers and integrates all semiotic levels.The proposed ladder model provides a systematic theoretical framework with solid foundations for the integration and modeling of manufacturing systems.
