工艺规划与车间调度复合式集成模型

Hybrid integration model for process planning and scheduling

摘要: 为了有利于实现工艺与调度的集成规划,对支持两者集成的模型从面向接口集成与面向功能集成进行分类总结,指出这两类集成模型存在的不足。提出一个结合面向接口与面向功能集成的复合式集成模型,从初始规划层、匹配规划层和详细规划层三个层次对该复合集成模型进行了论述,建立了该复合集成模型的总体流程。以一个集成应用实例验证了该复合集成模型,总结了该集成模型的特点与优势。

Abstract: To realize the integrated planning of process and scheduling, the integration models for Integrated Process Planning and Scheduling (IPPS) had been classified and summarized from the two types of interface-oriented integration and function-oriented integration, and the shortcomings existed in integration models were pointed out. A Hybrid Model for IPPS (HMIPPS) was constructed and was introduced from the initial planning layer, the matching planning layer and the detail planning layer. On this basis, the overall process of HMIPPS was built. An integrated application case was provided to verify the proposed model, and the characteristics as well as the advantages of this model were also concluded.
