摘要: 为了改善业务流程推荐的准确性和最终用户编程的效率,提出了一种互联网环境下面向最终用户编程的计算业务流程内容与结构相似度的方法。使用分支限界算法计算业务流程的控制流关系矩阵间的最小编辑距离,得到结构相似度;计算以业务流程为文档的特征向量间的相似度,得到内容相似度;以最终用户编程平台中实际业务流程为例,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To improve accuracy of business process recommendation and efficiency of end user programming, a similarity computing approach of both content and structure of business processes for end user programming was proposed under Internet environment. Structure similarity was obtained by employing branch and bound algorithm to compute minimal editing distance of control flow relationship matrix of different processes. Content similarity was obtained by computing the similarity of feature vector of business process document. Practical business processes in an end user programming platform was used to discuss the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
