摘要: 以企业资源规划/制造执行系统/过程控制系统三层结构为基础,对仿真技术在石化生产企业的应用现状进行了综述,指出了流程工业三层集成仿真系统在现代企业生产运营中的重要性,并分析了该集成仿真技术面临的关键问题,包括多分辨率建模技术、分布式集成仿真技术标准和集成仿真平台,以及可视化仿真技术等,最后探讨了仿真技术未来的发展方向。

Abstract: Based on the 3-layer framework of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Procee Control System (PCS), application of simulation technology in petrochemical enterprises was reviewed. Furthermore, the importance of integrated simulation system for process industry to the production processes and the business operations in modern enterprises was emphasized, and key problems of integrated simulation technologies were pointed out. These key problems included multi-resolution modeling, standards of the distributed integrated simulation technology, architecture of the distributed integrated simulation system and visualized simulation. Finally, prospect of future simulation research was also introduced.
