摘要: 当前由于状态监测和故障诊断与维修管理的相互脱节,使其应有的作用没有得到充分发挥。针对这种情况,采用了离线和在线监测诊断相结合的状态维修策略,建立了状态维修的工作模型,运用集成定义方法建立了系统的功能模型,进而综合采用网络技术、计算机技术和数据库技术等,开发出了基于状态监测和故障诊断的设备管理系统,为企业成功开展状态维修提供了有效的管理工具。

Abstract: Due to the isolation between the state monitoring, the fault diagnosis and the maintenance management at present, they could not function very well. To deal with this problem, a strategy for Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) which combined off-line and on-line monitoring and diagnosis was proposed. The working model for CBM was set up. The function model of equipment maintenance management system based on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis was constructed by IDEF. The maintenance management system based on state monitoring and fault diagnosis was developed through network, computer and database technologies. The proposed system could be served as an effective management tool for implementing CBM in power plants.
